EMPORIO ITALIA’s goal is to ensure its customers are satisfied.

Within 14 days, the consumer can withdraw (cancel the contract) without stating the reasons and without any charge beyond that stipulated (shipping costs of 10 euros). The consumer is liable for any reduction in the value of the goods only if this is the result of the goods being handled more than is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and function of the goods. The consumer is in no way responsible for any reduction in the value of the goods when the trader has not provided notification of the right of withdrawal.

The withdrawal period expires 14 days from: (a) the date the contract is concluded for service contracts (b) the day on which the consumer acquires physical possession of the goods for sales contracts. Prior to the expiration of the withdrawal period, the consumer should inform the trader of his decision to withdraw from the contract, either using the withdrawal form given in the Law, or by any other clear statement. The consumer bears the burden of proving that he has exercised his right of withdrawal. If the trader has not clearly informed the consumer about the right of withdrawal, the withdrawal period is extended for one year. The trader reimburses any payment received from the consumer, without undue delay, within 14 days from the date when it is notified of the customer’s decision to withdraw from the contract.

The consumer is obliged to return the product to the seller within 30 days, unless otherwise settled between the two parties. Consumers are recommended to keep the receipts / documents related to their exercise of the right of withdrawal (receipt of registered mail).

Products that have been modified at the customer’s suggestion cannot be returned or changed.

* NOTE Returns can ONLY and EXCLUSIVELY be made via COURIER. (Returns are always made with the same Courier that delivered the product).

For Cyprus, returns can be made with any company chosen by the customer. Specifically, the customer must, as well as returning the receipt, either complete the exchange form or contact EMPORIO ITALIA by phone or send an e-mail to info@emporioitalia.gr.

For products to be returned, they must not have been used or damaged and the identification card and all the labels must be attached to the product, together with all the documents that accompanied it (eg Retail Receipt – Postal Receipt. etc.).

Defective products

Defective products are products that are damaged when received or where a manufacturing error becomes apparent within one (1) month from the date of purchase. Products that are damaged due to use and wear are not considered defective. All products with obvious manufacturing defects will be replaced with the same product, if available. Otherwise the customer can choose any other item. However, EMPORIO ITALIA reserves the right, in the event of a controversial complaint, to return the products to the manufacturer for inspection in order to determine whether the complaint is genuine. The user will be informed about the progress of his complaint. Where possible, EMPORIO ITALIA will repair the defective product.

The customer does not pay shipping costs for the return of any defective product.
